The exciting conclusion to Release, available August 31!

Return-500x750Fire rages through Davlova in the wake of a bloody revolution. The tyrannical upper class has been overthrown. In the midst of the chaos, Misha and Ayo escape on Miguel Donato’s boat and flee across the sea to the distant city of Deliphine.

All his life, Misha has dreamed of leaving Davlova behind, but now the only thing he wants to do is go home. He has no idea if the city still stands or how many of his friends have survived. But before he can return to Davlova and find his place in the wrecked landscape of the trenches, he’ll have to face a new threat in Deliphine – the Dollhouse.

Even in Deliphine, most people think the Dollhouse is a myth, but Misha knows the truth. The Dollhouse is real. It’s ruthless. It has an agenda.

And now, it wants Ayo back.

Or preorder it on Kindle.

Sinfully Sexy says, “I have read and enjoyed Marie Sexton as a writer. But Marie Sexton writing as A.M. Sexton… I LOVE!!! The writing is flawless, a mixture of beautiful prose, darkened by the details of this cruel and evil world she has created. It’s smooth and it flows and somehow she creates a haunting experience. I was enchanted by this story told from Misha’s point of view. It was a truly excellent read and I want more!”

BUY the paperback from Amazon HERE

Addendum: So, the ebook isn’t ACTUALLY available on Amazon quite yet. That’s what I get for trying to do ten things at once. Sorry about that! But rest assured, the ebook WILL be on Amazon very, very soon. 🙂

Release now on Kobo!

Release-500x750You can now preorder Release from Kobo.

Release is also available for preorder from B&N and iTunes. It’ll be on Amazon and OmniLit on June 24. (Although due to me being new at this whole self-publishing thing, the paperback is already listed on Amazon. I need to fix that listing — the blurb is all messed up — but the book is there, if you want to get it before anybody else.)

And don’t forget, I’ll have advance paperback copies at Denver Pride, June 21-22. I hope to see you there!

RT14, Release, and Other Randomness

I’ve been back from RT for several days now, although I still haven’t unpacked. As always, RT was fun but exhausting. Shockingly, I seem to have spent most of my time in the bar. Here are a few pictures.

The Rescuers has always been my favorite.

I really enjoyed wandering around Mardi Gras World, and it’s alway great to hang out with friends I only see once or twice a year.

Now that I’m home, I guess it’s time to get back to work. There’s the aforementioned unpacking to do, of course. Also, I found out when I checked in at the Denver airport that my license is expired. Thank goodness TSA still lets you board the plane, as long as it’s not more than a year past its expiration, but that means I get to spend today standing in line at the DMV. Excellent. What more could I ask for, right?

I’m down to crunch time on my dark, kinky, semi-cyberpunk novel, Release. Yes, this is the one I’ve been prattling on about for nearly two years now. It’s in edits, and I’m awaiting the final artwork. I should have a cover to share within the next week or two, and (even better) the book should be available for pre-order (on certain sites) by the end of the month. Release will be available June 24, 2014. Don’t forget, I’m publishing this under a slightly different pen name, A.M. Sexton. If you missed that news, you can read my full explanation here.

I’ll be at Denver Pride on June 21 and 22. If you’re in town that weekend (perhaps for RomCon?), please stop by and see us. I’ll be with the Out in Colorado crew, which includes (but is not limited to) M.L. Rhodes, Caitlin Ricci, Cari Z, George Seaton, and Carter Quinn. I’ll also have advance paperback copies of Release available.

Speaking of Out in Colorado, we attended the NOH8 photo shoot in Denver back in March. Check it out.
